Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident buying a Tracqfit program. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes. Tracqfit is operated by Fitaraise, a sole proprietorship based in India.
1. One-time payment, 365 days of access
All Tracqfit programs are one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no hidden charges. You pay once, and your access to the program you purchased continues for 365 days from the date of purchase. Each program purchase has its own independent 365-day window.
2. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3. After 7 days, the purchase is considered final.
3. Refund eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- You have not extensively used the program (for example, fewer than 3 workouts completed and minimal progress logged).
- You have not consumed any one-on-one coaching session tied to the program.
- The program is not marked as completed in your account.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable:
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have been used.
- Programs that have been completed.
- Purchases older than 7 days.
- Programs purchased during a clearly-marked "final sale" or limited-time promotional event.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@tracqfit.com from the email address registered on your Tracqfit account. Include:
- Your full name
- The program you purchased
- The order or payment reference ID, if you have it
- A short note on why you're requesting the refund
6. Processing time
Once your refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method via our payment processor. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Cancellation
Because Tracqfit operates on a one-time payment model, there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time; your account remains available, and your program access continues for the full 365-day period from the date of purchase. You may also ask us to delete your account at any time.
